Bjoern Pedersen 994ee13528 [BUGFIX] Missing initialization of DefaultBEMode in feedit 
Formsonopage-mode raises error: Call to undefined method stdClass::getDynNestedStack.
Thus call initDefaultBEMode() during initialization.
