Always add URL to all log entries.
Remove one time used processor.
Always log warnings and deprecations (with URLs).

Switch from ag(silver sarcher) to rg 
It looks like the more up to date and established tool.
It looks like a faster tool.
It can be used by telescope neovim plugin to find files.
It supports an .ignore file in combination with .gitignore for more fine
grained setup.

Allow to prevent TYPO3 auto login via Cookie 
This change allows to set a Cookie with name `das_prevent_login` and
truish value like `1` to prevent auto login.
This can be useful when backend users need to be simulated (switched).

Keep TYPO3 project specific database settings 
Merge with existing array, that way only environment specific settings
are replaced. But stuff like init commands are kept, which are specific
to a project.

Add blank line before zsh prompt 
This allows to easily switch to tmux copy mode and navigate between
paragraphs / prompts and results. As long as the output doesn't have
additional blank lines.

This reverts commit b929c17ace.
As I don't like the small interrupt.
Also I don't like to have the same setup in this case. I prefer to keep
focus on the input and therefore seeing suggestions right there.

Color zsh prompt depending on shell 
Make yellow if within nix subshell.
Allows to run nix-shell --run zsh to have a zsh shell within nix shell.
Default shell is kept blue.
