Also support TYPO3 native anchors
I have readable anchors and use them in sidebar.
I didn't invest time yet to alter TYPO3 generated anchors.
That's why I just add support for them.

Integrate variable content element header level
Use hidden for fluid if selected.
Calculate concrete h level based on selected one plus relative level,
which is 1 for now.
