Do not execute incompatible query if in workspace

TYPO3 will adjust query for workspaces.
But TYPO3 can not handle our count select.

So we exclude this query as long as we are within a workspace.
Workspace does not properly support mm anyway and therefore does not
support our catefories/tags.
