Feature "Added frontend user authentication access"

Indexation added based on page access via ``fe_group`` and inherited
from ```extendToSubpages```.
The searching is added via typoscript using the UserFunc filter::
frontendUserAccess {

}
To bypass this filter simply unset default filter in searching.filter
